The candidate will :
- Provide helpdesk coverage.
- Successfully support end-users technology requirements in SEI
- Assist and support the deployment of network technologies
- Develop end-user documentation
Knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems
- Active Directory experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of networking and possess basic networking troubleshooting skills
- Possess technical knowledge to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printers and Smartphones
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and phone skills to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ability to recognize priority issues and escalate accordingly
