The candidate will :

  • Provide helpdesk coverage. 
  • Successfully support end-users technology requirements in SEI
  • Assist and support the deployment of network technologies
  • Develop end-user documentation

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems

- Active Directory experience (preferred)

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of networking and possess basic networking troubleshooting skills

- Possess technical knowledge to troubleshoot desktop, laptop,  printers and Smartphones

- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and phone skills to ensure excellent customer service.

- Ability to recognize priority issues and escalate accordingly

-Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
