To support our growth, we recently implemented a new ERP system (IFS) to support our business. Now we are ready to continue leveraging its ability and want a leader to champion and drive what it is and can bring.

In the Sr Manager, Process Improvements you will partner closely with leaders, particularly the Supply Chain leadership team, to achieve business goals by leveraging technology & business processes that result in process improvements and cost efficiencies. Additionally, you will lead a team of Business Analysts - set the vision & direction, leading the strategic and daily efforts as well as coaching and developing the team members.

Your Impact:

With your extraordinary leadership, communication & client management skills as well as your understanding both business and technology, you will be responsible for:

    • Leading a team of IT Analysts to support and enhance BAF's enterprise IT applications including ERP, PLM, TPM, and others.
    • Identifying, planning, and implementing IT system and business process improvement projects to increase quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and/or improve cycle times resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Using data to identify gaps in performance versus best practices, then work with business leaders to establish and execute strategies to improve them.

 

  • Actively leading projects and teams to fully utilize BAF's standard technology platforms.
  • Evaluating the efficacy of BAF's data and process governance programs, instituting optimization techniques as needed.
  • Managing BAF's super user network including communications, defining training requirements, and ongoing support requirements.
  • Liaison with Director of Supply Chain Finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking, and reporting the financial benefit of the ERP project.
  • Coordinating communication activities and market the process and results by publicizing goals, plans, progress and results.

 

Do You Have the Ingredients to Become a Basic American Foods Hero?

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Passion for leveraging technology to create business value
  • Experience working in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • ERP implementation, upgrade or optimization experience in process manufacturing environment (IFS preferred)
  • Extraordinary communication and organizational agility skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-performance teams including coaching, feedback and holding accountable
  • 4-year college degree and 5 7 years' experience; if you don't have a degree, 7-10 years related experience
  • Expertise in IT business applications, integrated systems, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience demonstrates process improvement work in multiple industries, showing both visionary leadership as well as tactical delivery.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation.
  • Demonstrated multidisciplinary communications skills across all levels of an organization, but particularly with senior corporate and business-unit executives.
  • Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and direction of world class change management.
  • Ability to translate business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for the overall enterprise, as well as for specific projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues.
